HomeStride is a fall prevention and wellness service for older adults who want to stay strong, independent, and safe at home.Do you accept Medicare or insurance?
No. HomeStride is a private-pay wellness service—not physical therapy—so we don’t bill insurance or Medicare.Is this the same as physical therapy?
No. We offer personalized wellness programs focused on strength, balance, and mobility, but we do not provide skilled physical therapy services.Who leads the sessions?
Sessions are led by a licensed physical therapist or trained wellness specialist with experience in elder care and fall prevention.Where do the sessions take place?
In your home—or at your building’s gym, private fitness space, or even outdoors, depending on your preference.What does a typical session look like?
We start with a short check-in, then guide you through low-impact, customized exercises for balance, strength, posture, and walking safety.How often should I do sessions?
Most clients benefit from 1–2 sessions per week. We offer flexible packages to fit your schedule and goals.Can family members attend the session?
Absolutely. We encourage family involvement and are happy to explain what we’re doing and why.

How much does it cost?
We offer single sessions or 8-pack bundles. Please call for pricing.How do I pay?
You can pay via credit card, debit, or ACH through our secure online portal. All payments are processed in advance.Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Refunds are not available after a session has been completed.Can I buy this for a parent or grandparent?
Definitely. Many of our clients are adult children booking care for their loved ones. We’ll keep you in the loop with updates after each session if requested.

Is this safe for someone with medical issues?
We do a thorough intake to assess whether our wellness service is appropriate. If we believe skilled physical therapy is needed, we’ll refer you to the right provider.What kind of results can I expect?

Yes. All providers are vetted, CPR-certified, and experienced in elder wellness and fall prevention.
