My Story
Dr. Dylan O’Keeffe, DPT
As a licensed physical therapist with over fifteen years in the field and five years of experience in home care, I’ve seen firsthand how vital it is to be strong where you live. Too often, I was called in after a fall, fracture, or hospitalization, always working on the reactive side of health.
That’s why I started HomeStride.
This work is about being proactive. It’s about showing up before the incident happens. Helping people build balance, strength, and confidence, so they can stay on their feet, in their homes, and in control of their lives.
Since launching HomeStride, I’ve been able to help people stay independent and mobile through simple, personalized fitness and fall prevention, all delivered in the comfort of their own space.
