Exercise now, save thousands later

The real healthcare savings come from strength training.

Hospital visits, home care, rehab stays, they all cost serious money. But here’s what people don’t talk about: most of it can be prevented with consistent physical activity.

A report by the CDC Foundation estimated that falls among older adults cost the U.S. over $50 billion annually. And most of those falls could be avoided with, you guessed it, strength and balance training.

Another study in Health Affairs showed that active older adults had significantly lower Medicare costs over time compared to sedentary peers.

Put simply: invest 20 minutes a day in exercise, and you could avoid $20,000 in hospital bills. Seems like a fair trade.
